Muharram 1434H (2012) – Following the 65 years’ tradition, Majalis to mark the martyrdom of Hazrat Imam Hussain A.S. and his companions in Karbala, were conducted from 1st to 10th of Muharram corresponding to November 16 – 25, 2012. Allama Yasir Naqvi addressed the Majalis while many participants presented Soz & Salaam before the main speech. The processions were taken out on 7th, 9th & 10th Muharram which, after following their designated route points, were concluded at their respective traditional destinations.
Like every year people from all walks of life attended the majalis with great zeal to pay tribute to the martyrs of Karbala by remembering the cause of Imam Hussain (A.S.) and renewing their allegiance to Ahlul Bayt.
